Letter to Chief PMG on Rule 38 transfers

Madam,                              

Sub: Extended consideration in granting Rule 38 transfers request.

                My Circle Union, at the outset wants to record thanks to the Circle Administration for having generously granting Rule 38 transfers to the officials willing to join their stations. It is also learnt that the priority is given only to spouse cases while considering the wait list of transfers. Our Circle Union positively looking this gesture of the Circle Administration. But at the same time it is also learnt that though there are other genuine domestic reasons like ailment of parents etc., those officials request for transfer are not taken in to account while reviewing the transfer applications.

                My Circle Union request the Chief PMG to kindly extend the above generosity to consider the transfer request made other than the spouse category also, so that they can also move to their wish stations which will keep the officials to work with happiness in our department.
