Madam Sub: Circle working committee meeting Resolutions
communicated - requesting
for necessary action.
The Circle Working Committee
meeting held at Chennai from 24.10.2013 to 25.10.2013 discussed various items
and finally moved the following resolutions to bring to the notice of Circle
Administration for favour of remedial action.
1.
Periodical maintenance of computers and peripherals
may be ensured by the administration.
2.
Adequate supply of computer papers and good
quality Barcode stickers and MPCM sticker maybe ensured.
3.
Monthly
meetings and Bi-Monthly meetings must be conducted periodically.
4.
GDS posts which are lying vacant indefinitely
may be filled up at the earliest.
5.
To arrest the vested interest developed at the
level of Sub-divisional authorities, they may
not be allowed to continue in the same station/ Headquarters more than one tenure, (for example, Chennai
City South Division, Tiruvannamalai Division)
6.
Construction of new departmental building for
the Kilpauk SO in place of building
already ruined at the departmental site, Chennai.
7.
Request to vacate the FR 17(A) given to the
officials of Pondicherry Division and Chennai GPO those who went on local
strike for their long pending genuine demands.
8.
Examining to take appropriate action on the
alleged allegations against Sri. J.Paul Athisayanathan SPO’s Krishnagiri
Division. (reference letter dated 3.5.2013 addressed to the PMG Western Region
by the Circle Secretary and letters addressed by the Regional Secretary to the
PMG)
9.
Early passing of all personal claims like medical
bills, CEA, TA bills, RPLI incentive etc.,
10.
Sending back the deputationists working long
time in the Circle Office, Regional Office to their original divisions and
Units as the operative offices are reeling under heavy shortage.
11.
To achieve the business target individual
officials may not be forced to open the SB,RD accounts etc., every year.
