LETTER TO CHIEF PMG ON TRAINING

Madam,                                               Sub: curtailment of training schedule to MACP I on the eve of Deepavali

                                                                    festival requested.

                The Mid career training for MACP I officials has been scheduled from 21.10.2013 to 1.11.2013

                In this regard my Circle Union wants to bring the kind notice of Chief PMG Madam that the ‘Deepavali’ festival commences in the evening of 1.11.2013 and concludes on 2.11.2013. As this is the important festival covering majority section of the people, the training extending the date including 1.11.2013 will sensitively affects the participants of the training. Further most of the  officials  deputed for training are also ladies,  the entire family is deprived of from celebrating the festival of Deepavali.

                In previous occasion also due to the festival the training schedule was curtailed by one day to facilitate the trainees to celebrate the festival. Like that, our Circle Union, this time also requests the Chief PMG Madam  to facilitate the trainees  to celebrate the festival along with their family members, the schedule of training may be curtailed by one day as to close by 31.10.2013 instead of 01.11.2013, if possible by readjusting the daily timetable.
