Respected Sir,

Sub : Request for temporarily withdrawing the various training  conducted in CCR region due to the unexpected rain flood -reg.

                        Our Union wish to bring the following to the kind notice of our Chief Postmaster General, Tamil nadu circle and for taking immediate action.

                           There is heavy rain and flood in Chennai,Thiruvallur, Cuddallore, Pondicherry, Villupuram, Kanchipuram  and Tiruvannamalai divisions and people are highly affected by this unexpected flood.

                       Under these circumstances our Postal employees  deputed for various trainings at WCTC  are also highly affected due to non availability of  accommodation and transport.

                        Hence it is requested to temporarily withdraw all training programmes in Chennai City  region  till normalcy is restored.
