                 Sub: Request for allotting additional funds for payment of ROHSC bills pending at almost all divisions– reg.

               We wish to bring  the following to the kind notice of our Chief Postmaster General, Tamil Nadu circle for allotting additional funds for payment of  pending ROHSC bills in various divisions. At the initial stage some meager amount are allotted to all divisions to pass  ROHSC  bills. Many ROHSC  bills are pending at divisional level for want of  additional  funds.

                 For example as on date twenty   ROHSC bills to the tune of  Rs 600000/- are pending in Madurai division for want of funds. Sri P.Selvam, PA Arasaradi  HO, who has undergone treatment for PCI with stenting to LAD & REN ON 24.11.2015 in APPOLO  hospital Madurai was granted an advance of Rs.94000/- and balance amount of Rs. 47500 could not be sanctioned for want of funds. Another official of Madurai division,  who has submitted his inpatient bill for Rs 168800/- in October 2015, the amount could not be passed due to want of funds.

              We seek  kind help of our CHIEF PMG to be kind enough to allot required additional funds to all divisions for passing pending ROHSC bills.
