All Recognized Unions/Service Associations.
with the Chief PMG – Reg. I am directed to intimate that the next Four monthly meeting of Recognized Unions/Service Associations, with the Chief Postmaster General, T.N. Circle, Chennai will be held on 20thOct’17.
Subjects for discussion in the meeting along with the names of representatives who will participate in the meeting by each Union/Association may please be sent to this office on or before28th Sep’17 in the enclosed proforma. Subjects received after 28th Sep’17 will not be entertained.
1. Number of items for discussion should not exceed three per union and that the items should not be listed as sub – items following the main item and that the items should be precise and clear.
2. Number of representatives from each union is restricted to twoonly.
3. Unions/Associations are precluded from taking up individual cases.
4. Issues relating to more than one subject should not beclubbed.
5. Issues which can be taken up at Divisional/Regional level at the first instance should not be included in the agenda.
6. Subjects remain unsettled at Divisional/Regional level should be sent along with a copy of reply given in the
periodical meeting held at Divisional/Regional level.
