                Sub: Holding of bi-monthly Meeting in due period is requested

The last Bi-Monthly Meeting in the  Chennai City region was conducted on  16-07-2013.

Even after the completion of Four and a half months  period  from the date of last bi-monthly meeting

our   Circle   union  has not received  any Communication so far  from  the  Regional  office   relating  to

conduct   of  bi-monthly meeting.

Our Circle union  requests  the   PMG  Sir, to hold  the bi-monthly   meeting   periodically, and  also  to

arrange the  Meeting  which is already over-due.
