             In accordance with provisions contained in article 17(k) read with article 28 of NAPE Group C and power conferred thereto the undersigned and further in pursuance of the directive from the All India Union, it is hereby notified that the General Body meeting of Circle Union of Tamilnadu, NAPE Gr C (Conference) will be held on the following venue at VIJAYALAKSHMI THIRUMANA MANDAPAM, No.44, Sriirangam 5th Street, Salem 636006 on 11.09.2016

             all the eligible delegates are requested to attend the above said General Body Meeting (Confrence)with out fail.

The following will be the agenda:

1. Submission of financial accounts and acceptance of the same.

2. Organizational review.

3. Election of office bearers & Auditor

4. Any other subject with the permission of chair.
